2nd and 7th World History
I love my students and what I do. I'm passionate about helping students become independent learners. I do have high expectations for how students take ownership of learning. Students have more independence but also are expected to be independent in their learning. This means they advocate for themselves. They ask questions. When they have a problem, they come to the teacher for help.

- Being self-directed learner. Working without prompting, keep up with the pace of instruction without being told, making sure you work is in on time.
- Have a good attitude and mindset about school.
- Being a collaborative worker when needed. The ability to work with any and all students in collaborative situations.
- Being a quality producer. You care about the work you do and take pride in doing your best.
- Being a respectful citizen of the school.
